FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ON ALL BASKETS OF £250.00 OR MORE- ( This does not apply to the Highland And Islands*) There is a £25.00 surcharge

Arthouse Gallery Deliver Art Nearly Everywhere... So shop online with confidence that wherever you are we can get that special piece of art to you.

We offer two types of delivery As we do not have our own fleet of delivery vans, we use two highly reliable courier companies; Parcelforce and our Specialist company Fragilistics.


Depending on which option you go for we will give you delivery date options. This hopefully makes our customer's life easier

If you are unsure about which delivery option is best for you, please call us on 020 8529 4406 and we will advise you and put your mind to rest. 

If purchasing for a specific date, please let the gallery know in advance so we can try to accommodate your needs.

All Artwork and Sculptures that are showing as 'available' are either in the gallery or with the Publisher or Artist on allocation so may come with a lead time. Please do contact the gallery if you have any questions regarding ETA.

All Artwork and Sculptures that we hold in stock we can aim to ship out within 2-7 working days, however, titles that are with the Publisher or Artist or are bespoke for your specific order will come with a small lead time and will therefore take a little longer to arrive with you. 

If returning artwork to the gallery please ensure it is in the correct packaging and safely returned either in person or via courier. If you would like the gallery to arrange collection we can deduct shipping cost from the refund value for you and action a refund once the artwork is safe with us.

Delivery Costs 

Spend Over £250.00 and your delivery is FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY on most art. But If very large or extremely fragile and rare then we will advise delivery options.

Under £250.00 is £14.95 (UK Mainland Only). 

If you are outside of Mainland UK  ( Channel Islands Isle Of Man Outer Hebrides Southern Ireland)) then we advise on all delivery costs. ( normally to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is about £35+)  But We will advise as always on shipping costs

Framed Items In normal circumstances we work with specialist art couriers Fragilistics so please do allow approx 10 - 16 days for delivery. Please Note that any framed paper pieces which need to be fast-tracked for any reason (birthday or Xmas present for example) will be sent with a Uv Protective Perspex in Place of Glass (this is to ensure safety in transit) but it is also more UV protective than most glass. Please call us if you need any further info.


Delivery of original artwork, large pieces that are glazed, commissions, or rare, sold-out pieces. We highly recommend our specialist art courier service.

If it is not possible for you to collect your artwork, then this service will give you complete peace of mind. Our courier will call you 1 hour before he will deliver so that also gives you time to get home if you are out shopping or at work or need to call the neighbour to take it in for you.

This service is hugely popular with our customers all over the UK as this guarantees safe and perfect receipt of your special gorgeous artwork.

The Cost of £44.95 is a small price to pay for your beautiful artwork delivery and your peace of mind.

( That's half the costs of this service.. we pay the other half and that's because we are nice people!!! )



We offer international delivery for our customers. We ensure the art and will advise on all costings which will be paid by you the customer. Once the item has shipped we supply you with the tracking number and it normally will arrive within 3-7 days from shipping. 


In addition, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Any additional charges for overseas delivery and customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from Arthouse Gallery you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard your privacy international customers and customers dispatching products abroad should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We Deliver Your Pictures On-time and Carefully Packaged

Products ordered with Arthouse Gallery are delivered by Royal Mail or Specialist Courier. All items are sent via the UK's largest next day delivery network (FREE DELIVERY)-Parcel Force Or Specialist Art Courier which will require a signature as proof of delivery. we will deliver to a work address but only when we have your billing address as well.

We estimate delivery at between 7-14 working days for mounted prints and to 14-21  working days for framed prints - We strive to get them out as quickly as possible though, so this is just a guide so sometimes you do have to be patient.

Framed picture: Are sent with superior quality packaging with polystyrene protection, bubble wrap, and rigid board.

Mounted Prints: Usually sent flat with superior quality packaging and rigid board.

All items are to be checked fully upon receipt of your delivery to ensure there are no damages or problems.

A. Please contact us including your order number, name and address and if the item as not already been dispatch we will do our best to amend the delivery address for your order.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it; however, we also advise you on delivery when the order is taken

Q.I have not received my item what should I do?
A. Please contact us with your name and order number.

Q.Will you deliver to my work address?
A. We can deliver to either to the registered address of your credit/debit card or your work address or a neighbour or family member,

Q. Will you deliver to a P.O Box addresses.
A. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Q. Can I purchase more than one item?
A. Yes, you can
