Is Paying Online Safe?;  We use a secure payment algorithm on our website and use secure PDQ machines in our physical galleries to guarantee the safety of your transactions. We do not retain personal card details.

We ship framed art using Art Shield ( this is not glass) to protect the art and it is nonbreakable Normally about 5-7 days)

The phones are manned during our opening hours from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 17.30 UK time. Outside these hours please leave a message with your contact number and we will call you back as soon as possible.


Online Ordering

All of the items on this site can be purchased using our secure online ordering system.  Click on the Add To Basket button to put the item in your shopping cart, you can then carry on shopping or go directly to the shopping cart.

You can also send us an order and pay on confirmation of order proceed to the Checkout where you will be asked for name, address, details, etc.

We then call you and take your card details, and advise on delivery


SPAM FILTERS - please note we ALWAYS reply to ALL e-mails within a couple of days at the most - if you do not get a reply it is because we have not received your email, or you have not received our reply - this is usually due to incorrect spam filtering. Please call us in this event.
Note: You can check the availability of an item by email and also reserve it if you wish but please do not send credit card details by e-mail; call us with these or alternatively use our secure online ordering facility.


Insured Post and Packaging

Everything sent by Arthouse Gallery is Insured, we also let you know which day to expect your delivery from us


 Accepting Delivery of Parcels

Your delivery is insured. However for the insurance to be valid it is important that you examine the parcel carefully before signing for it. You do not have to unwrap it but if there are any external indications of damage such as holes, bending or signs of having been wet then make a note of this against your signature so it is put on record with the delivery company.



If you are not happy with your purchase you must let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order. We do not accept returns of originals limited edition Artist proofs If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will work with you to get a suitable replacement. (After 7 days we hold no responsibility for any returns)

Returns must be packaged in the box that it came in and all of the packaging supplied with the box and returned to us at your own cost.

we will then check the piece for any damage and if all is ok then we will issue either a credit note a replacement or a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from point of return less a 10% administration charge
