Diederik Van Apple

Diederik van Apple was born and raised in the Netherlands. As a child he immersed himself in stories and films, often finding it difficult to draw the line between fantasy and reality. From Disney cartoons to cult movies such as Scarface, The Godfather, and Pulp Fiction – this was the cultural world that informed the beginnings of his art. Diederik’s work combines a whole array of media, including photographs, aluminium, diamonds, and many more unexpected elements. His work has been shown all over Europe as well as in the Middle East and the USA. Interest in his unique oeuvre is growing worldwide, and he has become known as an intriguing prospect for investment.
