Making a Purchase |

Making a purchase from Arthouse could not be easier just browse our web gallery, once you have decided on the piece of art you would like to purchase click on order and an e-mail form will appear on screen. Please fill in your contact details providing us with your telephone and or mobile number; we will then check our stock holding of your chosen piece to save disappointment, we will by return contact you advising confirmation and request credit card details to process your order. Please be advised we do not take credit card details over the Internet. We accept all major credit and debit cards, you may send your credit / debit card information via telephone and or fax. |

Shipping and Handling |

Please be advised there will be shipping and handling charge for orders within the United Kingdom and overseas orders, these will be advised at the point of purchase and will be added to the total cost of your order. |

Delivery Schedule |

We will deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you within 10 business days. International orders generally take a little longer and are received by you in less than 14 days. |

Back Orders |

If the piece of art is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted to be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Tax Charges |

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included within our prices. If the country you are ordering from is exempt from VAT please advise at the point of purchase. |

Credit card security |

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our method of purchasing from our Gallery, we do not store any credit card details processed through our Company, and the reason why we do not ask for credit card details to be sent via the Internet. |

Returns |

At Arthouse we want you our customer to be delighted when you purchase from us so we make our returns policy simple and effective, the Arthouse "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just contact us, make Arthouse aware of the problem and we will advise you to return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. Arthouse will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. Items specifically ordered or framed pictures please contact us first as returns may be at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
